Vinesh Mehta is a seasoned strategy and operations consultant with more than 20 years of experience developing growth strategies and directing large-scale projects resulting in profound change. 

Vinesh has spent the last several years on client projects with Charles Schwab.  With Schwab Wealth Advisory, he led the Project Management team in business-case development and requirements discovery for wide-ranging business modernization.  He then managed the Foundational Tech & Data workstream for SWA’s modernization project – helping to produce the team’s long-term data strategy and build a modernized data infrastructure to support future technologies.  With Schwab Asset Management, Vinesh helped design the team’s 3rd party Mutual Fund / ETF provider strategy.

Vinesh has also previously held leadership roles in business strategy and product management. While a senior consultant at Deloitte, he developed a global product line investment strategy to cut operating expenses up to $220M for a multi-billion dollar global PC company.  While at Varentec, a smart-grid start-up, Vinesh developed the customer conversion strategy that led to the company’s first multi-million dollar contract and built the company’s professional services operation.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with distinction from the University of Washington and a master’s degree in business administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He also holds a PMP certification.

Vinesh frequently mentors students at the University of Washington in his spare time and stays active through basketball and Yoga.  Always looking to learn new things, he once took a ballroom dance class on a dare and later became an instructor!
