Thom Vass joined Blu Pagoda as a senior consultant in 2021 and provides more than 20 years of experience in marketing. His work has focused on leading large-scale programs, driving brand engagement, and developing and executing on strategy. Thom’s areas of expertise include content strategy, marketing communications and program development; he’s passionate about improving the client experience and creating order out of chaos. 

Most recently, Thom led the strategy, development and distribution of content to drive engagement and awareness at Silicon Valley Bank. In addition, he served in a variety of marketing roles at State Street Global Advisors, Visa and Charles Schwab.  

Thom earned an MBA in finance and international business from DePaul University, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Western Michigan University. In his free time, Thom can be found hiking in Marin, learning new recipes to refine his baking skills or volunteering at San Francisco’s Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
